   MiMM acts as an intermediary between users of the MiMM website and a MiM-licensed mediator appointed by the users through the MiM Process.

2. Information and Services
   The information, recommendations, and services provided to users on or through the MiMM website are for general information purposes only and do not constitute advice. MiMM will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and its contents accurate and up-to-date but does not guarantee that the website or its contents are free of errors, defects, malware, viruses, or inaccuracies.

3. Quality of Mediation Services
   The quality of mediation services requested through the MiMM website is entirely the responsibility of the MiMM mediator appointed by the clients. MiMM does not accept any liability for issues arising from the mediation services provided by the MiMM mediator, including any acts, behaviour, conduct, or negligence of the MiMM mediator.

4. Complaints Procedure
   Any complaints about the mediation services provided by the MiMM mediator should first be directed to the MiMM mediator. If the issue is not resolved, the complaint can be submitted to MiMM. MiMM will investigate the complaint and report the outcome to both the MiMM mediator and the complainant.

5. User Responsibilities
   Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the MiMM website and its services. Users must ensure that their use of the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
