Our panel of court annexed mediators

Mediation in Motion Mediators NPO (MiMM) is proud to confirm its recognition as a Recognised Mediation Organisation (RMO) in terms of the Gauteng High Courts Mediation Directive and Protocol.

As part of our commitment to excellence, accountability, and integrity MiMM has certified each of the below mentioned panel members as sufficiently qualified, skilled, and experienced in mediation practice to competently conduct court-annexed mediations in terms of the Gauteng High Court Mediation Directive and Protocol. MiMM has issued Certificates of Competence to these panel members subject to the following – all panel members:

  1. Are registered members in good standing of MiMM;

  2. Undertake to subject themselves to and comply with MiMM’s codes, policies, and rules in all aspects of their mediation practices;

  3. Submit to MiMM’s oversight and accountability mechanisms whilst mediating under MiMM’s auspices in the GHC Project.

MiMM is confident that our panel of Qualified Mediators will practice facilitative mediation in the GHC Project with the necessary knowledge, professionalism, and integrity that MiMM stands for.
