Complete a Pre-Mediation Meeting

It’s Free!

Take advantage of a free 30-minute pre-mediation session. During this non-binding session, a trained mediator will guide you through the process and explain the benefits of facilitative mediation. This 30-minute meeting also provides an opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have. By attending the pre-mediation session, you’ll be better equipped to make an informed decision about whether to engage in facilitative mediation.

Sign an Agreement to Mediate

The agreement to mediate is a crucial document that binds each party to the essential principles of mediation, including confidentiality, without prejudice discussions, neutrality, voluntary participation, and the payment of fees.

All participants involved in the mediation must sign this agreement. No individual or party outside of those who have signed the agreement may participate in the mediation process.
