Dr Zilla North is the medical manager of the George Health Service of the WCGHW. She has 10 years of managerial experience in not only medico-legal matters, complaint resolution and community engagement, but also staff conflict management, harassments and disciplinary processes. Dr North aims at ensuring fair and meaningful outcomes that restore dignity and promote wellbeing for all involved.
