Expertise I am a registered Industrial Psychologist with over 10 years of experience, specialising in medical negligence mediation. My journey began in the medico-legal industry, but I realised that my passion, compassion, and skills were better aligned to mediation rather than expert report writing. Trained by the UCT Faculty of Law and Mediation in Motion, I bring a unique blend of expertise and empathy to the mediation process.As the founder of Wait and Partners, a firm with a dedicated mediation division, I am committed to providing structured, professional, and caring mediation services. In addition to my specialisation in medical negligence, I am also an expert in workplace and community/social disputes. My goal is to restore relationships, facilitate healing, and help parties find creative and sustainable solutions to their conflicts.
