Sasha Wait is a registered Industrial Psychologist since 2017. She is the Founder of Wait and Partners (www.wpartners.co.za) and UNIQE (www.uniqe.co.za) each with specialised mediation divisions. Sasha focuses on mediation cases in medical matters, special injury matters, RAF, civil disputes and workplace conflicts. With a strong professional foundation, she understands the complexity, sensitivity and litigation pressures that accompany high-value and emotionally charged matters. Her psychological expertise allows her to quickly identify underlying drivers of conflict, manage high emotions effectively and assist parties in moving toward solutions.
