I conduct medico-legal mediation in personal injury claims, medical negligence disputes, and Road Accident Fund (RAF) cases, facilitating structured and impartial negotiations to achieve fair settlements. In addition, I mediate matters between parties in conflict regarding their interpersonal relationship, family life, including divorce and post-divorce conflict and parenting plans, or strain between parties in the work place.
Qualifications
I hold a Doctorate in Psychology and am a registered Counselling Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I am also a registered family and medical health mediator with extensive experience in mediation. I am a member of several professional organisations, including: South African Medico-Legal Association (SAMLA) Family Mediators’ Association of the Cape (FAMAC) Psychological Society of South Africa (PsySSA) Associate Member of the South African Clinical Neuropsychological Association (SACNA)
