My approach to mediation is structured, impartial, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a safe and respectful space for parties to engage constructively. I am skilled in facilitating communication, managing power imbalances, and assisting parties to identify underlying interests and explore practical, mutually acceptable outcomes. My background in customer relations, operations management, project coordination, and online education has strengthened my ability to work with diverse individuals, manage conflict calmly, and communicate clearly across cultural and professional contexts. As an LLB candidate with a strong interest in human rights and access to justice, I am committed to upholding high ethical standards, confidentiality, and procedural fairness in every mediation process. I am seeking to grow my practical experience under the MiM panel while contributing meaningfully to effective and dignified dispute resolution.
