Natasha is a director of Joubert Galpin Searle and heads up the litigation division. She specialises in civil litigation, in particular medical and insurance law with a further in debt knowledge of evictions (commercial/residential); high court delictual litigation; notarial law; personal injury law; professional negligence law; property law; deceased estate litigation. Natasha acts as a main panel attorney for major insurance companies in the Eastern Cape as well as private hospitals. Acting mostly as a defence attorney, she believes mediation has the potential of revolutionising the legal industry and hopes for it to become the go-to mechanism for conflict resolution.
