I am a practising Advocate of the High Court of South Africa with substantial experience in civil litigation, administrative and constitutional law, employment law, medical negligence and public-sector disputes.My practice regularly involves complex, multi-party disputes requiring careful assessment of legal, factual and evidential issues, as well as engagements with attorneys, experts, public institutes and other stakeholders. I have particular experience in medical negligence matters, including liability and quantum disputes, medico-legal evidence and settlement negotiations.As a mediator, I aim to provide a professional, impartial and structured process in which parties are able to identify the real issues in dispute, explore their respective interests and evaluate practical options for resolution.
