Mankakane Violet Magagane is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a Mediator. She was admitted as an attorney in 1999 wherein she specialised mostly in medical negligence and RAF matters. In 2016 she served pupillage at the Johannesburg Bar before formally practicing as an Advocate. She provides a full spectrum of litigation services to both the public and private sectors and also serves as a mediator in medical negligence and RAF matters. She served as the Chairperson of the Nursing Council Appeal Board from December 2022 to March 2024.
