I am an Advocate and have been practising in the field of personal injury law for the past 26 years, initially as an Attorney and then as Counsel. I obtained my qualification as a Mediator in September 2017, having attending Medical Negligence and Health Sector Mediation Training. Since then I have been involved in the mediation of various disputes, notably I was appointed by the MEC for Roads and Transport, Mr Jacob Mamabolo to mediate the dispute between Uber and Bolt and their driver partners.
Qualifications
I obtained a Baccalaureus Procurationis (B.Proc) Degree and an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg and a certificate in Medical Negligence and Health Sector Mediation Training from the University of Cape Town.I am a Member of the Legal Practice Council, The General Council of the Bar (GCB) and the Johannesburg Society of Advocates.
