My career in architecture and project management, both in South Africa and abroad, has involved working with diverse stakeholders, managing complex projects, navigating competing priorities and resolving disagreements in high-pressure environments. I understand that behind every dispute are people, relationships and often significant professional or commercial interests. I believe people are more likely to reach lasting solutions when they feel genuinely heard and respected.
Qualifications
I have substantial practical experience managing complex projects, contracts, stakeholders and disputes. Both as a Professional Architect and Programme Manager in the South African construction sector and as a Senior Project Manager in the International offshore engineering sector.
