Employment & labour disputes: Conciliated, mediated and arbitrated in countless labour disputes over a period of 20 years in my capacity as Senior Part-time CCMA Commissioner. Serving on the mediation panels of the Arbitration Foundation of SA (AFSA) as well as Mediation in Motion Mediators (including the Approved Panel for Court-annexed Mediations as well as the Specific Special Injury Panel).
