I am a dedicated civil and family law mediator with a calm, empathetic and solution focused approach. After completing my Civil Mediation training with UCT MiMM for Advocates, Attorneys, and Legal Practitioners in 2023, I further expanded my expertise by completing a Family Law Mediation course in 2024. I am accredited with both Mediation in Motion Mediators (MiMM) and the South African Association of Mediators (SAAM). With a strong background in business, having previously owned a Finance and Insurance Managers company, I bring practical, real-world insight into dispute resolution. I specialise in civil, commercial, personal injury, and family mediation, drawing on years of experience engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and personalities. This experience allows me to connect with parties effectively and guide them toward meaningful outcomes that are mutually acceptable. To date, I have successfully mediated numerous cases and maintain a full-time mediation practice. I am also actively involved in the Pro-Bono Benoni Courts Mediation Project, contributing my time and skills to make mediation accessible and to give back to the community. In addition to mediation, I have completed courses in Anti-Corruption and Commercial Crime Investigation (UNISA) and Commercial and Contract Law (UCT), further strengthening my ability to handle complex disputes with integrity and insight. Fluent in Afrikaans and English, I offer in-person and online mediation sessions, and I am willing to travel when needed. My goal in every mediation is to create a safe, respectful environment where parties can reach mutually agreed-upon solutions in an amicable manner.
