I have had the privilege of acting as Labour Court Judge and I have been practising as an attorney for more than eight years and been in the employment law arena for over 30 years. I have conducted matters in South Africa, various African countries as well as the UK including attending and facilitating mediation internationally. I have extensive experience is resolving conflicts through Conciliation and Mediation and I have been a regular participant in the CCMA/Bargaining councils over the last 30 years and I have developed extensive skills and creativity to ensure that a resolution dispute/issues can be found. I am an admitted attorney, a member of SASLAW, accredited mediator through Mediation in Motion and a skilled facilitator.
