In more than 25 years of practice as Advocate, I acquired extensive experience in civil litigation (commercial law and other private and public law disputes). These years of practice also taught me that litigation should be used as a last resort. Mediation is as much a science as it is an art. As a practising senior counsel who are convinced that mediation should be the first port of call in the litigation sphere, I am well placed to apply that science and to perfect the art. When I am not at work, I play the Cello (strictly for my wife only), listen to music (from jazz to music of the early renaissance), read or go mountain-biking.
