I am a professor of law. I have been lecturing and researching in the law of delict, RAF and the law of damages for more than 20 years. I have also published in these areas. I recently completed a PG Diploma in Labour Law Practice, which is accredited by the CCMA. I have also completed the Mediation in Motion Medical Negligence Mediation training as well as their refresher course and RAF courses. I am also proficient in doing mediations via Zoom.
