In my years of practice, I managed to appear in the Lower Courts [Regional Court, District Court, Special Tribunal and CCMA’s], Superior Courts [High Courts, Labour Courts and the SCA]. The work I was able to do ranged from Motion Court [work both opposed and unopposed], Civil Trials, Special Interlocutory, Default Trials, Labour, Intellectual Property work [Trademark – Restraint of Trade], Reviews, Appeals, Criminal Trials and Criminal Interlocutory Applications, Bank work and many more.
